Project Educate Announcement

deviantART Related will be coming to #projecteducate in 2013!
January 21st to January 27th, 2013 is when it'll be all happening. From now on, I'll be taking requests on what you want to see during Project Educate!
I know it's many months away, but I want to be prepared. :)

Restructure Update
Last month, I announced that $namenotrequired and I were going to work together to restructure the deviantART Related gallery. The first step in this process was to gather suggestions; thank you to everyone who suggested something, you all gave great suggestions. :)
The next step is a discussion. I've just posted a recap of what was suggested, so after reading this journal please make your way over there and discuss any of the suggestions from the list.

It's that time of the year again. Where the leaves begin to fall, and all you feel like doing is jumping into that big pile of leaves in your neighbours yard. Yes, it's Autumn.
Create something with autumn leaves, colors, anything to do with Autumn. It's all up to you! :eager:
This contest will be open to all media, as long as it's correctly submitted into the deviantART Related gallery. This means you can create a deviantID, Deviant Stamp, Journal or Gallery skins/designs, and more with the theme Autumn.

As the old year begins to fade into the sunset, it is customary to reflect on the passing year and make plans for the upcoming one.  Some do this in the form of resolutions, some people make action plans, some people just swing into the new year the same way they swung out of the old one :) Whatever way you intend to welcome in 2013, I hope you're surrounded by love and that you do it safely!

In my opinion, one of the greatest advantages to the New Submission Process, are the thumbnail examples and descriptions that appear when you're selecting a category.  It's no secret that we have misplaced deviations throughout the galleries and it's probably the most complained about topic I deal with on a daily basis. My team and I have been working hard to improve the descriptions and thumbnail examples for all of the galleries, and I'm happy

September Chat Event Recap
