The Stars of dAr - `Mirz123The Stars of dAr is a series where I interview one member of the deviantART Related (dAr) community each time, about personal and dA related matters. For today we have `Mirz123! She creates fantasic stamps, sometimes fun and silly, but also often with an important and profound message, and always in her recognisable style. By day I'm a mom who works as a secretary. By night, I don a cape and create emoticons, stamps, and write Lit.  Though, looking at my gallery stats, I'm most-known for my stamps.

First off, could you give us a brief introduction of yourself?
Hi there, I’m Lauren :la: I’m 16 years old and into my sophomore year in my high school. I spend my time at home during the weekends (or all day during the summer) and in school. When I am not in school, I am spending at least 20+ hours a week playing in the marching band (which, technically, I would still be in school :B). When I’m not getting my ass kicked on the football field or catching up to my homework, I spend time on deviantART.
Anyway, I love to read, write, and play on my flute. I am a bit shy in real life, so writing something down does help me express myself. I am getting busier now, so it’s hard to do many things in my spare time. It does, however, keep me sane :love:
What gave you the idea to register with your username?
My username is totes random :B I never thought that I would love to be in such a great art commun
deviantART Related FeaturesAs the dA Related Community Volunteer, I am blessed to receive some wonderful DD suggestions sent to me by note! Of course I cannot feature them all as Daily Deviations, but I still like many of these that I don't feature. So here's a feature with some of "the best of the rest" - I hope you will enjoy them as much as I do :happybounce:
Of course, the fact that I chose not to feature them yet as DDs doesn't exclude them from still being featured as such in the future :aww: You're always free to suggest them again :D

This is a common question from the Community, sometimes phrased as that question, sometimes phrased as a blunt opinion! This article, written for Project Educate - dA Related, aims to shed a light on this topic. :) And it's not gonna be brief
Because, no one can simply answer this for other people. This journal will not attempt to do that. Instead I have tried to gather a variety of opinions on this subject, so you can read several views and decide for yourself! :)
