VS9: Journal Portal Footer Revamp 2.0by ^ladygagz

Version 2 of one of my older suggestions. The main difference here, is that this one is suited to the new Journal Portal. The last one was back when you could +♥ articles.

I would rader prafuer an opson of displaying 5 RANDOM jernel entry's (assuming there not older then *incurt amount of time here* or have bin updated fairly recently)
that way deviants who arrant super popular can have there stuff advertised

The Journal Portal (or News as it was called back then) played a big role when I was starting to discover and participate in the community - the ability to find journals that you're looking for more easily from the journal portal would help

Suggestions;

make it more like the category picker on 'browse' on a gallery; where you can also go deeper into the gallery.
