Well, you can create your own button(or have it made for you), then you'd have to submit it online on a picture hosting site somewhere.(Deviantart is acceptable) Copy Paste the exact url of the image itself (you can do this by right clicking the image and then click "Open Image In New Tab", next, you copy the URL as this is the exact picture's url already).
Next, copy paste this: <a href="INSERT LINK HERE"><img src="INSERT IMAGE URL HERE"></a> into your journal or whatever place on dA you wish to put it on.

Just replace the INSERT's with whatever you wish.

Well, you can create use custom box button codes.

You can edit the text to your liking.
However, if you don't like the button choices dA has to offer, you can just create your own buttons(or have it made for you) with the text you'd like along with a whole new design, then you'd have to submit it online on a picture hosting site somewhere.(Deviantart is acceptable) Copy Paste the exact url of the image itself (you can do this by right clicking the image and then click "Open Image In New Tab", next, you copy the URL as this is the exact picture's url already).
